YES #Humane Cosmetics Act to ban animal testing for cosmetics products

The Humane Cosmetics Act is being considered by the government to ban animal testing for cosmetics products.  This needs to be passed and go into law immediately.  Make sure to voice support for this new legislation on your Twitters, Facebooks, etc.
