He has a long battle ahead of him still. This is a really hard time for him. But he's a young dog (3 years old), and deserves so much more than what he's experienced! Apparently his organs are fine, which is so important. He's getting antibiotics now, thanks to all of us who have donated for him. Keep him in your thoughts and donate something if you can, please. His back legs are looking a little better, at least. It's going to take a lot of time for him to pull through and he still needs as much support as possible to keep hanging on. But a beautiful German Shepherd like him should not be looking like this and it's worth it to give him every chance in the world.
It's National Puppy Day!
This is the best holiday of all. National Puppy Day! I applaud all the rescue organizations that are committed to helping all dogs, and the places that have adopted the no-kill policy. We need more places like these! Every single dog deserves a great human being.
