This is the best holiday of all. National Puppy Day! I applaud all the rescue organizations that are committed to helping all dogs, and the places that have adopted the no-kill policy. We need more places like these! Every single dog deserves a great human being.
Please make a commitment to adopt a shelter/rescue dog or foster one.

I humbly ask that if you are willing and able to give a stray or shelter dog a permanent and happy place to live, please do it. Once a dog walks into your heart, it's a promise that they will never leave. Adopt a dog, foster a dog, or make a donation to your local reputable dog rescue group.
Remember, "a dog is the only animal on earth that loves a person more than he loves himself."
